You are not lost beyond return.You may feel buried under layers of fear, anxiety, overwhelm, or the pressure to hold it all together. But somewhere beneath it all is you—the real you—waiting for breath, room, and love.
The Space is a sacred, unhurried 9-month cohort led by life consultant Shannon Dennis—a space to come as you are, unmask what you’ve been carrying, and grow gentle strength in its place. You’ll learn to listen to your body’s messages, meet your emotions with compassion, and walk in calm confidence instead of fear.
This isn’t a program to fix you.
It’s a remembering of who you’ve always been beneath the noise, fear, pressure, pain, and striving.Understand what these emotions do in your body, heart, and mind

I noticed a difference with my daughter after just a few classes with Shannon. She was able to take a deep breath and calm herself down when extremely overwhelmed or stressed when normally these feelings would consume her and she would just shut down. It’s been a few months since she has taken the Space Course and she still thinks about the steps she was taught to better handle her fear, anxiety and overwhelm. Healing Birth
A workshop for those navigating pain connected to birth, miscarriage, or loss

The Healing Birth is designed for women who desire to work through their birth stories and trauma. If you are dealing with disappointment or loss surrounding your experience of pregnancy, labor, miscarriage, or delivery, we invite you to attend this workshop. Share your story and listen to others in a safe place where you are nurtured and surrounded with love and acceptance for where you are, as you’re encouraged to find healing for your heart. Leave with tools that you can apply to every area of your life where grief and disappointment visit. This interactive workshop will help you:
Understand what these emotions do in your body, heart, and mind
Build emotional muscles to discern and respond to your feelings
Learn basic neuroscience and somatic awareness
Develop tools to stay powerful in the midst of hard emotions
Learn how to process parts of your story and not feel overwhelmed
Learn how healthy grief communication can develop capacity for holding other’s stories

Find Your Rhythms is the must have workshop, that walks you through cracking the code for practical, healthy, sustainable growth in your life. If you’re done with the shame that comes from unrealistic resolutions, have given up making changes because “nothing ever comes of it”, or you’re feeling stuck and want to shift your life in a forward motion, this workshop is for you. Shannon Dennis will help you develop the unique-to-you vision, strategy, and integration of the healthy and sustainable rhythms you need to live out your passions, goals, and values. You’ll learn:
